My son and myself both used the sample balls provided and found their performence to be very good.  We played down in Devon with them on links courses and found the flight to be very true in the wind and the roll on the greens excellent.

Titleist Velocity

A drive, a wedge and a putt the first time I used this ball, felt good off the club face, sadly two balls went into the deep rough on the second hole never to be seen again, it was a very windy day on a links course.

Verdict, it was very long and ( for me) and had good feel.

Titleist NXT Tour

Two rounds with these balls, they were consistently straight with slightly less feel than the Velocity
