I have to agree with james. I was sent two Velocity by Titleist and I have always been sceptical about what a ball can deliver, but these 'Velocity' balls went easily 20 yards further than anything else I've played with.

Could not putt though. Will still be going out to buy a dozen this week ready for Captains Day.

It's taken a long while but I have eventually got round to using the Velocity ball samples kindly sent by Titleist. Found the experience a pleasant one after getting used to the ball for putting after a long session on the practice green. So many others had said they were different and they were quite right. On the course they were long and sweet off the irons( when I got it right)

A lovely ball and definitely one to be bought the next stock=up or from the Pro for 2's club. Many thanks Titleist.

Hi, I am now converted to using the Velocity.......It does exactly what it states on the box. Very piercing trajectory especially in windy conditions and the ball goes at least 20 yards further. 

20 yards further than which ball you used before Velocity?

Probably a donnay......I used the velocity and liked it, I play with the DTS Solo which again, I prefer to other manufacturers but I cannot see Rory and others swapping it for their  pro Vs.

Another very good ball from titleist but an extra 20 yards to anything other than a higher handicap golfer on a good day I doubt.
