910 D3 v 913 D3 - Technical Question

    All the stats show that the 913 is superior to the 910, question I have that I hope someone with a technical background can answer is that I was custom fitted for the 910 with the Graphite Design DI-6 shaft in stiff, as the shafts can be changed easily on the drivers, is it feasible to acquire a head only and put the shaft straight into that head??

    Concerned there could be weight differences in the head or swingweight that could impact playability.

    Hi,

    I'm afraid that the heads are not available as standalone items - and one of several reasons for this is as you have outlined. There are tolerances in all of the components required to build a driver and unless they are carefully matched, then the swingweight can be altered and playability can be affected.

    Thanks Neil, I thought that would be the case but wanted to double check, I'll head of to Celtic Manor for a fitting!
