    Strange discussion that i had with the professional in my local pro shop.

    Me: Do you sell waterproof golf bags?

    Pro: Yes, they all are

    Me: no, they aren't as if so why would Titleist sell a bag called "Sta Dry"?

    Pro: Good point, i do not know, will have to check the catalogue

    Me: Oh

    Could you please clarify this one just to clear my total confusion?

    Hi Mikey,

    Let me try to clarify. Ultimately, no bag is totally waterproof, because they each have a large opening at the top into which we drop our clubs!

    However, the StaDry is made from 100% waterproof nylon, so rain hitting the material will not permeate the walls of the bag. Additionally, the way in which the pockets are shaped and the zipper tunnels are positioned means that water is shed more effectively so that it doesn't collect in any part of the bag.

    Other bags will have a level of water resistency, but will not be 100% waterproof.
