    hi neil.decided to tinker with weight in 910h 19 deg head i.e lighter weight. started to unscrew the weight and found it seemed stuck, with a little pulling it finally came out with a load of very sticky substance. will this now affect the clubs performance regards terry d

    Hi Terry,

    It shouldn't affect the performance of the club at all. We use a hot melt glue to swingweight the clubs and there may have been some excess which ran onto the SureFit screw. If the screw houses and decouples without any further issue, then there is no need for further action.
