I've had my 910D2 shaft shortened to 43.5" by a Titleist retailer. Should I increase the sole weight to compensate and if so by how much?

Hi Stephen,
Without knowing the exact shaft you have in your driver, I cannot make a definite suggestion. The best thing to do would be to take it back to your Titleist retailer and they can call our custom clubs department to give the correct details on what changes to the weight are needed.
