Hi all, I recently had a club fitting at Celtic Manor with Anthony for irons and John for wedges.  First and foremost what a cracking experience and I'd like to thank them both again.

My new shiny AP2's have arrived this morning and I can't wait to give them a bash.  However, I'd love to hear your opinions on what you deem as the best way to start practising and more importantly judging distances?

I had my old irons for over seven years and of course over that length of time I've had a pretty good idea of what distances I hit, how I hit it them and what shape.

I've heard that some people get on a trackman to nail down their yardages; would anyone suggest doing this as opposed to going to the range and hitting off matts/playing range balls and using a Bushnell?

Any comments would be much appreciated.

    All the best,

    Ben
