  1. Good afternoon everyone,

I've been having a bit of a go with the CB714s at a local golf shop/driving range, and so far have hit them particularly well.  I play off an eight handicap, so I'd presumed the CBs would be a little beyond me, so very surprised with the great results on two brief range sessions to date.

I currently play the miz MP53s.

So I suppose my question is what handicap range are the CBs aimed at?  I know this is a broad question, but does anyone have an opinion in a general sense?

    Cheers,

    John

    John,

There not aimed at any sort of handicap range.

i would suggest trying the AP2 and the CB at the same range session and see where you go from there, the best numbers will tell you what to get.

i have played AP2 for the last 4-5 seasons and before that I was a png player (shhhhh haha). My handicap has come down from 10 to 5 in the last season and a half so this year I have decided to change to Titleist CB and up to now I couldn't be happier they are amazing and so telling on every shot.

I wouldn't just choose the CB on looks or feel I would definateley choose on the numbers.

    Hope that helps

    thanks Lewis

  3. I am a high handicap player and im using ap2 irons 714, my playing partner has a set of cb irons 712 which he gave me to use for a month while i was waiting for my wife to give me the ap2 as she bought them for me. i played pretty well with them and had no problems using them at all. Off your handicap i would say you would have no issue at all. Love the cb irons they will be my nezt set of irons

Please go and do a Titleist fitting session. I did mine back in November and ended up with the CB714's. Its early days but i cannot recommend the fitting session and the irons highly enough, they will change your game.
