There is a ton of advice on Pro V1 and ProV1x balls on here and the internet as a whole but I can't find some definitive answer on which ball launches higher on small/medium chips.

I only ask because I was practicing my chipping around the green the other day with a few old balls: 4-5 were Pro V1 (various versions) and a few old two piece Pinnacles. The Pinnacles were obviously as hard as a rock but were launching my chips really high compared to the same swing on the Pro V1s. I love the Pro V1s but was quite liking the higher launch of the crappy two pice Pinnacles (but without the rock hard feel).

I've never played the Pro V1x, but got me wondering whether they are a higher launching ball with shorter shots also, such as chipping and pitching, compared to the Pro V1?
