David, I never received mine. I pretty much gave up in the end.! Not sure what the problem is as Titleist are usually very good.

Thanks for your reply Robert, at least its not just me, I've emailed GMM twice since and received no response, cant believe Titleist have an issue supplying golf balls to fulfil their commitment!!
I've emailed Titleist and asked them to let me know what the problem is, I'll let you know if I get a response.

I've gone through the emails and picked up a phone number for GMM Ltd which is 0845 466 2222. this company are running the Titleist Matchplay, Titleist are only the sponsers.
There appears to be an issue with emails they've not received mine although one seems to have been received in the quarantine email folder?
I've spoken to a lady called Janet this morning and resent my email with address details to david@matchplay.co.uk and info@gmmltd.co.uk hopefully they will finally send out the golf balls, I'll let you know what happens

Hi, yes I received mine. It took a few weeks however I got them a week or so ago. They will arrive....

Finally received my six pro V1s yesterday, what a mix up!
played the first round of the Matchplay knockout today and won!
things are on the up!!!!
