    Any advice on getting fitted for Tmb with graphite shaft as a driving iron

    No advice on getting fitted nor about the shafts but I have the 2 iron and it's a missile, just do it.

    I have had the 3 iron with a graphite shaft and sadly it was not a match made in heaven ! However as Stuart said, I have seen other using them and they have had huge success. Operator error on my part.

    I have the 2 iron fitted with the UST recoil graphite shaft. 105g and Xflex. Didnt get fitted as my local stockist only had steel shafts so I did some research and looked in the Titleist custom book which shows the shafts they do and their characteristics.

    As Stuart said the 718 tmb is an absolute missile and draws some looks when I knock past peoples drivers.

    You might have missed out on this years #TitleistThursdays for a fitting but there are still fittings going on at clubs which you can get appointments ….

    Got a full bag fitting on Monday, and thinking of asking if I can have a long iron and graphite shaft as an alternative option for when my course gets very dry and firm in the summer.

    Jordan Spieth uses a Graphite Design AD-DI in his TMB 3, so definitely an option. Book a fitting and try various options - I just match mine to the rest of my irons, but you may find a different option works better for you.

    Go to a Titleist fitting centre on a trackman and you'll see the numbers and get the best advice.
    Maybes a 818 Hybrid could be compared against it, I use the hybrid in winter and the T-MB in summer or links golf.

    Thanks for feed back guys went to fitting centre,only down side is they don’t have graphite in Tmbs to try but a fitter had his one there and let me try it,he then went through options and pleased to say it’s been ordered.Now just like a kid waiting for Xmas it can’t come quick enough
