Titleist Staff stand bag

    Hi I am after some advice/or a fix The issue I am having is with my stand bag The latest staff carry bag When the bag is on my back the legs keep dangling and catch the back of my leg when I am walking. This wasn’t always the case but it has just started happening since Titleist replaces my bag strap. Can this be caused by the straps not being set right? Please help as it is driving me nuts, to the point I am going to sell the bag when I love it. See picture attached of actual bag just not to confuse the bags

    Is there no velcro strap at the back of the bag - near where the bottom of the legs rest against the bag when they are folded up? You should be able to fasten them with this

    Yes there is a vector strap but I don’t want to Velcro the legs between every shot and unvelcro them to take a shot and stand my bag up,
    I should be able to put the bag on my back and the legs should retract back to the bag and not dangle( if you know what I mean)

    You might try contacting Customer Service. They may replace or repair it.

    As usual, Deno is right on the money.
    If your supplier is reluctant to sort the matter out, I'm pretty sure Titleist will get on the case.

    I have just bought one of these at they do look stunning!

    I hope I don’t get this issue with it, sounds like it could be a bit of a headache
