After a month of playing my new irons I can safely say I’m in love with them. The feeling when you strike them out the middle is amazing and the biggest surprise is just how forgiving they are. I’ve noticed no difference compared to my old AP2’s. I like many others thought I wasn’t good enough for them and I would say to anyone if you fancy them just to go for it they are worth every penny. Cheers Blair

I’d agree they are worth every penny. What set up have you gone for ??
They are great irons, I’ve hit them and find the leading edge isn’t as sharp as previous models making turf interaction more user friendly than before.
Blades are blades and you still need to be consistently hitting the middle of the club to get the best out of them. That being said and awesome looking and feeling club.
I’m still playing 712 mb and when I change I’ll be going 718 mb for sure.

That’s great news. I was fitted at St Ives last week with AP2s from wedge to 6 iron, and with T-MB 4 and 5 irons.

I can’t wait to get them (and hopefully a TT bag tag to complete the set? )
  5. When I was fitted recently - I hit them nicely the feel is amazing. However I couldn’t justify the price, so went for AP3 with a 4 iron coming as a TMB soon.
Really good looking clubs - wish I had more in the budget!!
  6. Blair,
Really glad you're pleased with them - You seemed a bit apprehensive when you were fitted but now you've got the confidence to trust them and yourself, there will be no stopping you.
    Well done

  7. I have the mb 712 and love them. I do find that courses that require long irons of the tee instead of woods, put high demand on 4 -5 irons with minimal forgiveness and would recommend t-mb in those irons if that's the case.
