    Hi TT members,

Noticed this on the web and thought I would be nice to share. How great would this be if we can create something like this in Europe?

To give you a short intro for the ones who don't know The Bethpage Blackout. The black course seems to be that difficult it's recommended only for experienced players. (Nice to see that "Americanized" way of warning your country mates to always play inside your limits). What happends if we start doing this at St. Andrews ? I'm sure you have 50% more tee times available. (only joking).

I think it's great that Footjoy does this. It's the #1 brand in golf shoes in my opinion. It's that good I walk even in my private (spare) time and Footjoy at the office.

    Happy swings,

    Bart

That’s an awesome thing to do. Whilst there isn’t an equivalent overnight queue in the U.K. I’d be up for a visit to an FJ event, especially if Jimmy Walker rocked up with a special bit of brisket!

Thanks Bart, great bit of film. FJ and Titleist do seem to have this 'customer service' in the bag. Well done and Thank you

    Bart,

Thanks for sharing. Would love to see this happening in UK/Europe but where are the public courses that that people would queue to play (exception of St Andrews).

Unfortunately golf still has that upper class tag in the UK especially on major venues when US has Beth Page and Torrie Pines where you queue to play every day.

It would be good to see Titleist/Footjoy do something like this in the days after The Open...turn up, queue and play.

Well perhaps we can work something out at Wentworth or Carnoustie?
Everyone chips in 50 pounds... see what it brings :D

I just got my fresh FJ Flex in! They look awesome.

@Luke: Perhaps an idea for the summer?

    Happy swings,

    Bart
