Great craic, despite being a tad brass monkeys in the morning it did warm up a touch and the course was enjoyable and one I would be keen to play again, may need oxy tank to play the 18th though lol

Lovely to meet up with some new faces. The course held up pretty well despite the recent inclement weather, nice to back on what used to be my home course, although the way I played on the day you’d never have known it. I guess that’s what almost 2 months without playing will do to you though.

A very different prospect in the summer when the greens have sped up, they can be really hard to hole out.

Also pleased to be able to hand over some spare bits to kick start another members collection. They weren’t doing any good in my study.

Looking forward to hopefully having a bit more flexibility in the work diary this year and eager/ impatient to see what is being planned for the community over 2025.

Great day and some quirky holes, especially 2nd, nearly ended up back at the tee when we got to the green, and 18 at 619 yards, oh with OB left and right delightful. Can’t wait due next meet up.
