    You can re-groove, but I'm betting the cost for the work and shipping would at least as much as a new wedge.

    Titleist doesn’t offer the service.

    You might find a service that will or you will find a tool that can. No guarantee that the performance will match the original groves.

    In any event, re-grooving makes the club non-conforming for competition.

    Don O is right, re-grooving makes the clubs non-conforming. That does not mean you cant use them in your general life, but if you like to abide by the rules. Wedges have gotten expensive, its tough dishing out the high prices. If you're using an SM9 - you could easily find a good deal on some slightly used newer wedges on ebay or a resell market.
