I currently game a Vokey SM9 46 degree bent to a 45 degree, for gapping purposes. The distance I get from the 46 degree at the moment is 120-125, 130 pushing it. Most of the time I land at the 125 mark. I would love to get consistent 130-135 yardage with my pitching wedge and I love the Vokey design. I’m curious to see if anyone has tried or currently games the 44 degree SM10 and their thoughts/opinions?

You're gonna need something closer to 42 degrees if your current 45 degree is going 120-125. Expect about 3 yards for 1 degree of loft difference.

Haven't hit a 44, but between a 46 and 48 I saw about 5yds carry difference. Which makes sense as it's half a club length loft difference.
I'm assuming your 9i is at 40* as to why you'd need that yardage which is why the 44 was created. You would have to hit it but being as the 44 Vokey is still a vokey, you aren't going to move to the higher end of your range by using the vokey, you would likely be in the 125-130 range 135 "pushing it" if you similarly bend the 44 to 43. What would comfortably get you there is either bending it to 42 or using the set PW that's 44.

    Example, I hit a full blade Vokey 54 around 100 carry, I hit a png s159 (which is a cavity back) 54 110 carry.
