  1. Well I have started adding the number 1 to all my balls for a number of reasons:

    1. Everyone uses Titleist balls, so it makes sure I can tell which ball is mine!

    2. I like to feel that I am number 1 on the course, hence why I add the number 1 to each ball! It doesn't always make me play like I am number 1!

    4. I really want to one putt everything, so having a one on the ball makes me think 'one putt', however, it normally turns into a 3 putt!

    5. It reminds me that I am using the number 1 ball in golf! ;-)

I mark my ball with the symbol Pi. It reminds me of the work I had to put in to become an engineer.

    Hi Hannah
For a touch of patriotism, I use a red sharpie to draw a St Georges cross next to the number, and either a red or blue line for alignment

  7. This is how I always Mark my titleist balls. Not so many people use 3 colours and 5 dots so it's rarely duplicated by others. It's also quick and easy to do as when you loose as many as I do, speed is king!!

  8. Really enjoy using titleist balls. Normally the most expensive but sometimes in life, you get what you pay for.

I have used the same ball markings for many many years, which is two small eyes. Always in the same place. Something a bit different to just a dot and also as a reminder to keep looking at the ball.

    Sale,

As a proud Irishman I've always marked my ball with a shamrock. Initially it was a proper drawing, but I adapted it to the three green dots. The pen is the only one I've ever marked the ball with...the ink capacity is incredible considering the amount of water and left-sided OB's on the two courses I've been a member!

  13. 10 years ago I won an corporate golf day at the forest ofArden GC as I was called up on stage my name was pronounced wrong and installed of being Andy Bridgwood I was Andy Bigwood. This nickname has stuck for 10 years. This year I thought I would embrace it and had it put on my Pro V1, for my golf clubs first competition of 2016, our first major. I won by 3 shots shooting a gross 71 and in the process lowered my handicap to its lowest ever 5.1.

It would be awesome to visit the PGA and experience the tournament

    Sale,

I've only ever marked my ball with three green dots to symbolise a lucky shamrock. Also, I've only ever used this pen (incredible reservoir of ink considering the amount of water and left-sided OB's at my home courses!!!)

I like to sign my ball with the initial of my forename and pretend Titleist is my surname. This is something I picked up at a young age from a great old golf buddy who would only ever play Titleist. He would introduce himself as Frank Titleist to any newcomers and follow up the nonchalant introduction with a polite request for his balls to be returned to him if any were found out on the course - they had his name printed on them! By way of a thank you, he would gladly relieve himself of all his finds.
It’s just a bit of fun, but you’d be pleasantly surprised how many great golf balls come your way over the years if people amusingly or otherwise begin to think of you as Mr. Titleist.
